Viator booked me into a half day tour north of Salt Lake City. I determined to name the tour operator the day before flying out and discovered the tour operator had suspended all excursions for the next 4 months. If I hadn’t known as, I would have waited at my SLC resort for a pickup that may never come. Yes, I acquired a refund BUT I would NEVER use Viator once more. My recommendation is to skip Viator and guide directly with the tour company.
